Since 1974, Setaro Motors has proudly served the Waterbury community as a family-owned and operated business built on hard work, honesty, and lasting relationships. What began as a local automotive service center has grown into a trusted destination for automotive repair, tractor sales, equipment service, and parts support.

Today, Setaro Motors is a third-generation family business that continues to uphold the values we were founded upon more than 50 years ago. Our team takes pride in providing knowledgeable service, dependable equipment, and personalized support that larger dealerships simply can’t match.

Domenico

Domenico is an original founder of Setaro Motors. Although he is now officially retired, he still ensures that the business is running smoothly and efficiently. He is the hardest working retired man in America.

Gaetano, who is now running Setaro Motors, is the backbone of this successful company. Guy loves talking and joking with his customers, treating them like members of his family. He takes great pride in seeing multiple generations from the same families trust the shop with their automotive needs year after year.

Marc has been with Setaro Motors for over 25 years. Marc met Gaetano in college where they both earned degrees and Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Master Certifications. They are good friends who like working together and enjoy solving automotive problems. Besides repairing cars, Marc likes to spend time on the lake and keeps a very neat toolbox.

Victor is Setaro Motors’ youngest employee and is part of the third generation of the family business. Slick Vic is currently attending college where he is majoring in computer science. He applies his newly learned knowledge to help manage a busy business.
